Before contacting one of our technicians, it is important to have at hand:

• Serial Number (S / N)
• Product or Type (ex. AirLeaf, ..2.0, eHPoca ...)
• Model (ex. SL 200, 12 HP...)
• Telephone number of the installer who installed the product
